Title : Japanese traditional martial arts showed the most important thing in lifting things up

Abstract:

Japanese traditional martial arts (kobujutsu) have long been handed down through history and tradition. For example, an elderly person in his 80s can easily lift a person twice his own weight using Japanese kobujutsu. However, the methods have not been scientifically proven, and their effectiveness has remained a mystery. This is because ancient kobujutsu masters in the past have prevented information from leaking to the outside world by verbally passing on the kobujutsu techniques and methods they created to their trusted disciples. In this study, the effectiveness of this method was mathematically demonstrated and simulated. The results revealed that it not only amplifies muscles, but also makes the brain more agile and faster in controlling functions that are important in lifting objects.
The study also revealed that creating a state of weightlessness for a few seconds has a tremendous impact on the human ability to lift objects. This research can be applied to the field of weightlifting in sports such as weightlifting. It can also be applied to frequent use of the hips and knees in agricultural work and to lifting elderly people in nursing homes. Muscle analysis and the development of related devices will continue to be a growing field with the development of computer technology and AI. On the other hand, it is also important for device development to be human-oriented and easy to use. We hope that the results of this research will help people around the world understand the essence of Japanese kobujutsu and apply it to all fields.

Audience Take away.

  • You can understand what is needed to lift objects easily.
  • The application research of lifting heavy objects is useful in the field of nursing care.
  • This research can also be applied in other fields of study (e.g., agriculture, welfare, health maintenance, etc.).
